If you have a crystal clear brand identity, creating your Instagram bio should be a piece of cake! When people read your bio, they want to know that there is something that they will get from following you. Is it advice? Inspiration? Think about the problem you solve and talk about in your bio!
For example, mine says “Helping you grow and monetize your Instagram” because when people follow me, I want them to know they will learn how to grow and monetize Instagram.
Make Sure Your Bio Matches Your Posts
Have you ever read someone’s bio, then looked through their page and noticed they never talk about what’s in their bio? It’s confusing. If you have “dog mom” in your bio, then your followers will expect to see you posting about your dog. Otherwise, why even mention it?
Choose a few topics that you’ll be talking about, and be sure to mention them in your bio. Only do this if you know it’ll be something you’ll post about frequently. This doesn’t have to be the only thing(s) you talk about, but they must be included.
